how it began

Our Story

Brittni and Lorenzo

Lorenzo and Brittni’s story began long before their love story officially started. They first met as teenagers, crossing paths at a time when life was still unfolding and the future felt far away. Though the years took them on separate journeys, their connection never fully disappeared.

What remained was a friendship built on familiarity, laughter, and an effortless understanding of one another. Over time, that friendship slowly turned into something more — proving that sometimes the best love stories are the ones that grow patiently and naturally.

When life brought them back together, everything felt different in the best way. What started years ago as two teenagers meeting became a love rooted in friendship, timing, and choosing each other every single day.

Now, surrounded by the people they love most, Lorenzo and Brittni are so excited to begin their next chapter together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you book

Do I need a passport?

Yes! Please make sure your passport is free from any rips, stains or watermarks, and that it's valid for at least 6 months past your return date of travel.

What dates do I need to book?

You can stay as long as you'd like, but please arrive at least one day prior to the wedding date. The minimum stay is 3 nights.

What's the deadline to book?

There's no hard deadline, but we'd really appreciate you booking as soon as possible so we know how many rooms to hold!

Booking & payments

What's required now to book my room?

The deposit to hold your room is $50 per person, with a $100 minimum per room. If you add travel protection, it's also due at booking. The system automatically calculates everything for you as you book online.

Why book through the group?

We have rooms held at group rates. Booking through our group with Amy at Destination Weddings helps our planning — and makes sure you're counted in our celebration.

When are payments due?

First payment — October 15, 2026. If you decline travel protection, your balance is due in full on this date. If you purchase travel protection, 50% of your balance is due.

Second payment — February 11, 2027. This applies only to guests who purchased travel protection, and covers the remaining balance.

You're welcome to pay any time before these dates, in any amount — no need to wait.

Can I make payments over time?

Of course — and we encourage you to pay as you go. After you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link you can use to make payments at any time, in any amount.

What if I need a room for more than four guests?

The booking site allows up to four guests per room. If you need more, just email Amy at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com and she's happy to help.

What if I find lower pricing online?

We've worked closely with Amy and the resort to hold group rates that won't change during our planning process. If you do see it lower online, reach out to Amy at amy.cate@destinationweddings.com and she'll try to price-match it for you.

Travel protection

Will I have the option to purchase travel protection?

Yes — it's optional but highly recommended, and it must be purchased at the time of booking. If travel protection is declined, all monies paid toward the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be forfeited if cancelled or if you do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled. Once purchased, travel protection is non-refundable. Please read this carefully.

Getting there

Does the pricing include airfare?

No. Flights are typically less expensive purchased directly from the airline. You'll fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Please don't purchase airfare until your room is confirmed — Amy will request your flight details closer to travel, and she'll need them to set up your transportation.

How do I get to the resort?

The nearest airport is Los Cabos International (SJD). A shuttle from the airport to the resort will be reserved for you.

At the resort

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes. Rates include all snacks, meals and drinks (even alcoholic drinks), non-motorized water sports, taxes, and dining gratuities.
